The above Lessee agrees to rent ____________arriving on
__________,200__ and departing on _________,200__.
This rental term shall run from 2PM on the
day of arrival until 10AM the day of departure. Rent for
the period is $_________ plus 12% hotel tax totaling
$_________ . A 50% deposit $________ is required to
confirm this rental agreement and the balance $_________ must be
received by ____________ (30 days before rental date) or the deposit
will be forfeited.
In the event the Lessee cancels this Agreement prior to sixty days
before the commencement of the rental period the deposit is returnable
less a administrative charge of $50.
For cancellations less than sixty days, the deposit is forfeited.
In the event the Lessee
cancels this Agreement after paying the full amount of the rent, the
Lessor is only obligated to return that portion of the rent paid that is
actually recovered by re-renting the premises for that same period less
administration cost adjustments.
The accommodation is completely equipped including full kitchen,
linens and bedding. Rental includes electricity and water. The total
number of occupants is not to exceed ____. A damage deposit of $150.00
shall be left with the office upon arrival and refunded before
departure less any adjustments for damage incurred.
The property shall not be abused in any way and shall be left in
the same condition as when rented. Blue Horizon Resort reserves the
right to inspect the premises at any time and to terminate the rental
without notice if abuse or disturbance is caused. This contract is
governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands, B.W.I.
Sun Beach Properties, Ltd., Dragon Cay Enterprises, Ltd. and
Property Owners shall be held harmless during the rental period
and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to persons or
property. It is recommended that travel and health insurance be
purchased.

Local Air Arrangements: Blue Horizon will arrange your reservation when you provide your arriving and departing flight information. Air Turks and Caicos flies Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to Middle Caicos and to North Caicos daily. From North Caicos, a taxi can drive to Blue Horizon across the causeway. Round trip air fare from Provo to Middle Caicos $116.00 per person (subject to change) payable directly to the local airline. |
