Blue Horizon Resort

Blue Horizon Resort occupies 50 acres of private land with over 2,200 feet of beach front. This is a residential community with building sites and rental properties.

Our Caribbean style cottages all have fully equipped kitchens/kitchenettes and bathrooms. They have recently been refurbished (late 2007/early 2008) and satellite tv, air conditioning and wireless internet have been installed.

We are delighted to say that we have now added top of the range King's Rest mattresses (10" deep) to the cottages, along with new bed frames and bases.

A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting in your cottage on arrivval.

Blue Horizon Resort is situated directly on the coast of Middle Caicos. All of our cottages and villas have oceanfront views and easy beach access on paved walkways. Click the map for a larger view.

Sunrise and Sunset - $910 per week or $146 per day

Sunrise and Sunset Cottages are intimate and efficient settings ideal for two people. Sunrise's open air porch overlooks Dragon Cay while Sunset's screened porch offers a sweeping view of Middle Caicos's majestic cliffs and the communities of nearby North Caicos. Sunrise has a full kitchen. Sunset has a kitchenette and air conditioning . Both offer a queen size bed.

Dragon View, Ridgetop, and Tropico - $975 per week or $156 per day

Dragon View, Ridgetop, and Tropico are our studio-size cottages with a roomy kitchen and screened porch. A complete bedroom suite sleeps two; a couch or day bed in the living area can accomodate a third person. Each offers a unique view of the island from a cozy location nestled in lush tropical surroundings.

Long term rentals are available on the 5 cottages (Dragon View, Ridgetop, Tropico, Sunrise and Sunset) at $1800 per month

Whale Watch - $2100 weekly or $325 daily. Additional charge for maid service.

Whale Watch, ideal for 4 to 5 people, is a two bedroom, two bath hilltop villa with a commanding 360 degree view of Middle Caicos and the Atlantic. A Ham radio station is available with additional charges by arrangement with the owner.

Seawings - $2100 weekly or $325 daily. Additional charge for maid service.

Seawings is the newest villa at Blue Horizon Resort, completed in 2001. It is a tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bath villa for 4 to 5 guests. Enjoy a spectacular view of Dragon Cay and the Atlantic Ocean through ample windows or from the screened porch. Washer and Dryer are included.

All major credit cards are accepted. Follow the reservation link below, complete the agreement and fax it to us with your credit information. If arrival is less than 60 days a full deposit is required. We will quote day rates on all the rentals and more than a week is figured on a pro rata basis.
